| Well it's a neat way of using off cuts for one thing, but even better than saving the planet, this technique of layering gives the shell a tremendous strength and tautness. This no doubt gives a unique timbre but I'm not going to quote studies by eminent professors (check out jalapenodrums) but suffice to say it's different and funky. |
